Hageloft: Best Workspace 2024<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Nachdem das Hageloft bereits als Wohnbau des Jahres ausgezeichnet wurde, hat eine Jury es nun auch als Best Workspace 24 nominiert. Das ist eine sch\u00f6ne weitere Auszeichnung f\u00fcr unser Mischnutzungskonzept in der alten Chemiefabrik. Preisgekr\u00f6ntes Wohnen und Arbeiten!<\/p>\n

Anfang 2024 erscheint dann die Monographie des Callwey Verlages mit den ausgezeichneten Projekten.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Jens Bormann, the client and owner of the MUUUH! Group had no less a goal than to be the most sexy employer in the region, thus attracting the best talent, retaining employees and motivating them to find the best solutions for happy customers. The building and working environment should support all of this. Even before the coronavirus pandemic, remote working was an option at the MUUUH! Group, but the requirement for the building is that people almost prefer to be here than at home. That people enjoy coming in frequently and that all employees are addressed - the creative ones, the introverts, the practitioners.<\/p>\n

The various units are located on four working levels - depending on the workplace requirements. While on the ground floor, the crew from MUUUH! Next anticipates the technical future of customer dialogue using AI and autonomous voice bots, the agency colleagues from MUUUH! Digital agency colleagues on the floor above are translating their ideas for authentic brand management into strategies and digital campaigns for well-known brands from all over Germany. On the first floor, visitors will find the Group's dialogue-intensive areas. This is where the team of the MUUUH! subsidiary Dialogue, a so-called telephone manufactory, is based. The MUUUH! consultants have taken up residence below the administration. Their main customers are medium-sized companies as well as global corporations.<\/p>\n

The loft-like workspaces are located in the long wing of the office building. Partition walls were removed to allow a deep view into each floor. New steel girders, which extend from the basement to the top floor, now fulfil the load-bearing function. On these working levels, glass lattice walls typical of the industry shield the quiet office areas from the open, spacious areas. This creates a generous spatial impression that emphasises the loft character of the office.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Im kurzen Schenkel des L-f\u00f6rmigen Grundrisses sind die B\u00fcro- und Kommunikationsfl\u00e4chen in ganz unterschiedlichen Settings konzipiert.<\/p>\n

Die verschiedenen Themenwelten sind haupts\u00e4chlich \u00fcber die neu verglaste Ostfassade einsehbar. Diese \u00d6ffnung ist besonders wichtig, um Transparenz herzustellen. Mit rund zehn Metern Breite und \u00fcber 13 Metern H\u00f6he \u00fcberspannt dieses Fensterelement immerhin vier Geschosse an der Ostfassade. In dieser gl\u00e4sernen Fassade liegt der Haupteingang.<\/p>\n

Ein Rundgang durch das Geb\u00e4ude offenbart eindr\u00fccklich, wieviel Herzblut in jedem Detail der Innenausstattung steckt. Im Foyer im Erdgeschoss bringt eine goldene Rolltreppe G\u00e4ste und Mitarbeiter vom Empfang direkt in die 60er Jahre Bar Centrale im ersten Obergeschoss. Die bietet an schweren Kaffeehaustischen und stilechten Sitzgelegenheiten einen \u00f6ffentlich anmutenden, anregenden Arbeitsrahmen.<\/p>\n

Im zweiten Obergeschoss l\u00e4dt die Disco in knalligen Oranget\u00f6nen zum T\u00e4nzchen ein. Hier finden Veranstaltungen, Kundenworkshops oder interne Events statt. Das Design mit Verner Panton Mobiliar ist an die 70er Jahre Kantine des SPIEGEL Verlags angelehnt.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber findet sich als Ruhepol der skandinavisch-minimalistische Bereich, ein Caf\u00e9, das im Design an das ikonische SAS Hotel in Kopenhagen angelehnt ist \u2013 in einer Variation von Blaut\u00f6nen und Feng-Shui-konform, ausgestattet haupts\u00e4chlich mit Arne-Jacobsen-M\u00f6beln.<\/p>\n

Das oberste Geschoss hat den Kanzlerbungalow von Sep Ruf in Bonn als Vorbild, ist haupts\u00e4chlich mit Eames Mobiliar ausgestattet und mit Vintage M\u00f6beln, zum Teil Originalst\u00fccke aus dem alten Bundestag in Bonn.<\/p>\n

Diese Begegnungsr\u00e4ume dienen der Kommunikation und brechen ganz mit den Konventionen klassischer B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude. Hier treffen sich Mitarbeiter aus den unterschiedlichen Units oder kommen mit Kunden zusammen. Durch die open-space-Arbeitsbereiche ist es den Teams selbst \u00fcberlassen, wo sie zusammenkommen. Ob orangefarbige Disco in oder skandinavische Umgebung, jedem Mitarbeiter wird der richtige Raum geboten.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
